convenient access free shuttle clean room bus service
the location provides convenient access to the masjid al haram a bus service is also available i appreciated the clean room and the free shuttle service the hotel is near the free makka bus stop this made travel simpler.
the water gushing sounds in the pipes were audible and sometimes disrupted sleep plumbing improvements are necessary to address this noise issue

while i didn't have extensive meals the breakfast buffet offered basic selections like foul beans eggs and lentil soup a chef provided servings of these items the supply of bread seemed managed directly by staff

the receptionist was very helpful and friendly i found the check-in process to be fast and efficient the staff generally displayed kindness and provided assistance when requested shuttle service was a valuable offering

mixed experience
they lied about the shuttle service. it was not available frequently, both to and from haram. almost every time i took a taxi to & from haram, this increased my cost of stay. i was frustrated with this misleading amenity.

Convenient Shuttle and Friendly Staff
bus service friendly staff thoughtful party
The bus service to the Haram was a standout feature. It made visits very easy. The room was clean. The staff were consistently great . They were always ready to assist. The hotel also thoughtfully threw a nice party on Eid for the children.
The lifts were quite busy. This sometimes caused waits of over 15 minutes. The internet was also not working correctly in the rooms. Getting online for work was a hassle.

The staff greeted guests with smiling faces. They replenished supplies promptly upon request. The team generally seemed efficient and eager to help, greatly enhancing my stay.

The breakfast had variety. The restaurant was small, yet manageable, even during peak hours. The staff kept things tidy and organized. The food was AMAZING!!!
